Tis the season for repairs!

With Easter just passing, many are paying a last minute visit to their orthodontist at our White Plains or Yonkers office to repair the damage of Easter candy’s path. Yes, all those broken brackets which are loose and spinning around the wire! Although it may be hard to resist eating hard and crunchy candy, there are many gentler alternatives to snacking. Fruit is perfect to satisfy a sugar craving. Much healthier too! For example, bananas, kiwi, strawberries, grapes, and mangoes are all perfectly safe to eat with braces when they are sliced and cut into bite-sized pieces.
